After installing the plugin on your site, navigate to the Woo Pricing & Discounts >> Shipping Discounts tab and add a new shipping discount rule in WooCommerce like the below image.
Now create a shipping coupon rule in WooCommerce like the below image.

The above rule adds a shipping coupon for wholesale customers in WooCommerce like the below image.
A 30% percentage shipping coupon for wholesale customers was added to the cart in WooCommerce.

Discount based on Cart Total – Shipping Discount for WooCommerce

Shipping discounts based on cart total encourages customers to buy more from your store to get a discount on the shipping. You can use this strategy on your site to increase sales. navigate to the Woo Pricing & Discounts >> Shipping Discounts tab to create a shipping coupon based on cart total in WooCommerce.The above rule will apply a 50% shipping coupon in WooCommerce when the cart total is greater or equal to 100$.

Discount Specific Shipping Methods – Shipping Discount for WooCommerce

It is possible to apply a coupon for specific shipping methods in WooCommerce. Here we will create a coupon that will discount flat rate shipping in the United States.

navigate to the Woo Pricing & Discounts >> Shipping Discounts tab and create a rule like the below image.

The above rule will apply a coupon if the shipping method is flat rate shipping and the shipping zone is the United States.

A 5$ coupon is applied to a specific shipping method in a specific shipping zone.

Discount based on Shipping Address- Shipping Discount for WooCommerce

Sometimes you would like to discount shipping methods when shipping to specific addresses.

To create a shipping discount for specific shipping addresses, navigate to the Woo Pricing & Discounts >> Shipping Discounts tab and add a rule like the below image.

In this rule, we checked shipping state, but it is possible to check shipping country, state, city, zone, and postcode.

A 7$ shipping coupon is applied to the cart based on the state in WooCommerce.
